Plays as a straightaway 380 yard par 4.

Hole Hacks

The tee shot plays slightly downhill, and there are some large mounds in the rough to the right side of this hole.

Tips & Tricks

There are 2 large bunkers that guard the landing area on the left-hand side of the fairway.

The optimum position off the tee is going to be right center, to right side of the fairway.

For longer hitters that are able to hit it 300 + off the tee, you may consider a fairway wood off this tee as there is a creek that runs the width of this split fairway.

The green is well bunkered with a bunker in the front left, middle right, and back right of the green.

The best area to miss is short middle.

Plays as a 371 yard straight away par 4.

Hole Hacks

There is out of bounds right of the cart path, as there are some houses that border the right side of the fairway. There is a heavily wooded area directly left of the tee, that extends roughly 85 to 100 yards down the fairway. It does open up to the left after the end of that brush.

Tips & Tricks

There is 1 bunker that comes into play for longer hitters off the tee, in the right center of the fairway. This bunker is roughly 275-285 from the men’s blue tees. Longer hitters will want to make sure to stay left center to the left side of the fairway to avoid this fairway bunker.

Those players not able to reach this bunker off the tee, right center to right side is the optimum position for your tee shot.

The green is guarded by 1 large bunker in the front left of the green.

The best areas to miss are going to be front middle, to middle right.

About the Hole

Plays as a 382 yard straight away par 4.

Hole Hacks

This tee shot plays slightly uphill, and there is no view of the green from the tee. This hole is heavily wooded on both sides, and there is out of bounds left of the cart path in the form of a public road.

Tips & Tricks

There are 2 bunkers to avoid off the tee, 1 down the left-hand side and 1 down the far right. These bunkers mark the crest of the hill going for your downhill approach shot to the green.

The optimum position off the tee is right center to right side of the fairway.

There are 3 bunkers guarding the entire back side of the green.

The best areas to miss are going to be front right, to front middle of the green.

Hole 4

About the Hole

Plays as a 147 yard downhill par 3.

Hole Hacks

The tee is elevated from the green, and there is a large waste area between the tee and the green. With a good tee shot here, you will have a great scoring opportunity.

Tips & Tricks

There are 2 bunkers to avoid off the tee, 1 to the far left of the green and 1 back right.

There is a spine that runs through the middle of the green separating the top left from the bottom right. Depending on pin placement, you want to make sure you’re on the correct side of this spine.

The best areas to miss are going to be on the front side of the green.

About the Hole

Plays as a 502 yard par 5, slight dogleg left.

Hole Hacks

This is one of the more demanding driving holes you will find on this course. There is a hazard that runs the entire length of the hole down the left-hand side, and the tree line is directly up against the cart path. It is heavily wooded down the right-hand side, and there is also out of bounds on the right in the form of homes bordering the hole. Left here is absolutely no good. There is a little room out to the right, so if you’re going to miss here, right is the best area to go for.

Tips & Tricks

There is 1 bunker that guards the landing area to the top right side of the fairway, at the beginning of the dogleg left. For longer hitters, this is a good starting point or line for your drive with a little draw. This should put you in great shape to reach the green in 2.

The optimum position is going to be right center to right side of the fairway, for the best angle at your second shot.

For those longer hitters that can reach in 2 shots, just be cautious of the large bunker guarding the front middle of the green. This bunker is roughly 5 to 10 yards short of the green, and there is a bunker guarding the middle right.

Playing this as a traditional 3 shot par 5, laying up to the right center or right side of the fairway could take the large bunker guarding the front middle out of play.

The best areas to miss are going to be short right, and long middle of the green.

Hole 6

About the Hole

Plays as a 416 yard straightaway par 4, with a green that sets back to the left from the middle of the fairway.

Hole Hacks

There is a creek that runs down the entire left-hand side of this hole. This hole plays as the number 1 handicap hole on the course, and certainly has some teeth to it.

Tips & Tricks

The optimum position off the tee is going to be right center, to right side of the fairway.

If you can find the right side of the fairway, this will provide the best angle for your approach shot.

This green is well protected in front by a tree line that overhangs the front of the green on the right, a bunker at the front left, and the creek also left of that bunker. This is an approach shot you must be accurate with.

The best areas to miss are going to be short middle, and short right of the green.

Plays as a 396 yard par 4, slight dogleg right.

Hole Hacks

With a good drive, this is an excellent scoring opportunity.

Tips & Tricks

For longer hitters looking to gain a major advantage on this hole, you should be able to start your tee shot left center of the fairway with a little fade, and find yourself with a knockdown wedge into this green.

There is a bunker guarding the far left-hand side of the fairway, at the beginning of the slight dogleg right.

The optimum position off the tee is going to be left center, to left side of the fairway. This will provide the best angle at your approach shot to the green.

There is a bunker guarding the front right of the green, and 1 guarding the back middle.

The best areas to miss are going to be front middle, and middle left.

Plays as a 203 yard par 3, and par on this hole is an excellent score.

Hole Hacks

Take note that there is a public road that runs down the entire left side of this hole, and that is out of bounds. There is a heavily wooded area and creek down the entire right side of this hole.

There is a bunker guarding the front right, there is 1 guarding the middle left, and 1 guarding the back right of this green.

The best areas to miss are going to be short left, and back left of the green.

Plays as 379 yard straightaway par 4.

Hole Hacks

This is a demanding tee shot on this closing par 4 of your front 9. You have a public road running down the right hand side of this hole, which is out of bounds.

Tips & Tricks

There are 3 bunkers that guard the middle of the fairway, right in the landing area for most players. You either need to carry these bunkers off the tee, lay up short of the bunker complex, or try to fit your ball in on the far left of the fairway.

If you can carry these bunkers, the optimum position is going to be right center to right side of the fairway. This will provide the best angle at your approach shot.

Starting at roughly 85 yards out from the hole, there is a waste area guarding the left hand side of the fairway leading up through the green. There is a bunker guarding the front left of the green, 1 guarding the middle left, and 1 guarding the back right.

This green has a significant spine that runs through the middle of the green, so based on pin placement, you will want to make sure that you are on the correct side of this spine.

The best areas to miss are going to be short middle, and middle right.

Plays as a straightaway 434 yard par 4.

This hole design is virtually identical to hole number one, it just plays a little longer.

Tips & Tricks

For longer hitters that hit driver 300+, the fairway runs out at roughly 300 yards off the tee. The fairway is split by tuckahoe creek, and it runs the width of the fairway.

The optimum position off the tee is going to be right center, to right side of the fairway.

There are 2 large bunkers, 1 guarding the front left of the green and the other guarding the middle right.

The best area to miss is going to be short and middle of the green.

About the Hole

Plays as a 215 yard par 3.

Hole Hacks

This is a very demanding tee shot on this over 200 yard par 3. This green is bulk headed in front roughly 10 to 15 yards short of the green, and it has a creek that runs directly in front of that the entire width of the hole. The left of the green is heavily wooded and presents a very difficult up and down.

There is 1 bunker guarding the front middle of the green.

The best areas to miss are going to be front right, and the middle right of the green.

Plays as a 374 yard par 4, slight dogleg left.

Hole Hacks

There is a small creek that runs the width of the fairway, just off the tee, that truly does not come into play. With a good drive, this hole presents a great scoring opportunity.

Tips & Tricks

For longer hitters, you may want to start your tee shot at the trees guarding the far left side of the fairway at the beginning of the dogleg, with a little fade. This will set you up with a knockdown wedge into this green. If you are more comfortable moving the ball right to left, or a draw, you can start it at the far bunker right of the fairway, and receive virtually the same result.

Optimum position off the tee is going to be right center, to right side of the fairway

The green does have 1 bunker guarding it to the middle left.

The best areas to miss are going to be short middle, to short left of the green.

Hole 13

About the Hole

Plays as a 293 yards straight away par 4.

Hole Hacks

There is a creek that runs the width of the fairway, just short of the green. The maximum length off the tee will be between 240 and 250 yards. For longer hitters, you may want to hit a utility club or iron off this tee, to take the creek out of play. This is an excellent scoring opportunity for all skill levels.

Tips & Tricks

Any ball in the fairway here provides a great shot to this green, but the optimum position would be left center of the fairway for the best angle to the green.

The green is guarded by a bunker on the middle right, back left, and far back middle.

This green also has a spine that runs through the right center. The spins separates the top right of the green, from the bottom left.

The best areas to miss are going to be middle left, and short right.

Hole 14

About the Hole

Plays as a 540 yard par 5, double dog leg.

Hole Hacks

Off the tee is a slight dogleg right, then a dogleg left to the green. This par 5 requires 3 good shots to put yourself in position to score on this hole.

Tips & Tricks

There is a large bunker complex on the right side of the fairway that includes 3 bunkers. Longer hitters may be able to carry these bunkers on the right, and if so, this is a fantastic line to go ahead and rip it.

There are 2 bunkers that guard the left side of the fairway, and these are wonderful aiming points off the tee for most players.

The optimum position off the tee will be right center, to right side of the fairway. This provides the best angle for your second shot.

For those longer hitters that can reach this green, if you stay right of the cart path, you will set yourself up for a good chance to get home in 2.

For those playing this as a traditional 3 shot par 5, you want to lay up right center to right side of the fairway for the best angle at your approach.

The green is guarded by 2 bunkers by the back left and back right.

The best areas to miss are going to be short middle, to short left of the green.

Plays as a 159 yd par 3.

This par 3 plays slightly downhill, and is an excellent scoring opportunity.

The green is guarded by a pot bunker to the far front right of the green, and 2 bunkers guarding the entire back side of the green

The best areas to miss are going to be short left, and short middle of the green.

Plays as a 329 yard par 4, dog leg left.

Hole Hacks

This hole offers a little bit for everyone.

Tips & Tricks

For longer hitters, you should be able to take aim at the bunker down the left-hand side with a little fade and be in SW position for your approach. it is imperative that you stay right of that bunker on the left-hand side.

This hole plays severely downhill from the top of the dogleg, even with the fairway bunker on the left.

There are 2 bunkers that guard the far-right side of the fairway, and they too are in the landing area as the dog leg starts to the left.

The optimum position off the tee is going to be right center, to the right side of the fairway for the best angle at your approach.

There is a hazard that runs the width of the fairway in front of the green, and this green is also bulk headed in front. You also have a bunker short left of the green.

The best areas to miss are going to be middle right, to just long of the green.

Hole 17

About the Hole

Plays as a slightly downhill,167 yard par 3, from the back tees.

Hole Hacks

There is a hazard in the form of a creek that runs the width of the hole, just short of the green. This is a demanding tee shot that needs to be accurate.

There are no bunkers to navigate off the tee.

The best areas to miss are going to be short right, and back left.

Hole 18

About the Hole

Plays as a 486 yard par 5, with a gradual dogleg right.

Hole Hacks

The tee shot on this hole is extremely important. It plays slightly uphill, and the fairway runs out at roughly 230 yards on the far right side of the fairway.

Tips & Tricks

There is a bunker on the top left-hand side of the fairway, and that is a good aiming point to start your tee shot.

The optimum position off the tee is going to be left center, to far left side of the fairway.

For longer hitters trying to reach this green in 2, you will have a water hazard and bunker to carry in order to reach the green.

For those playing this as a traditional 3 shot par 5, there is a bunker down the far left side of the fairway and that is a great line if you keep it right of that bunker.

The green is guarded by 2 bunkers that are in the back middle of the green.
