About the Hole

Par 4; 396 Yards

This is a good opening hole, that provides an excellent opportunity to start your round with a par

Hole Hacks

Optimum placement of drive would be (Left Center) of the fairway. A drive of 220 yards will get you past the fairway bunker on the right and a very manageable 130 yards into the green. The green slopes from back to front making this green receptive to most all approach shots. The best miss is short right of this green, which provides an uphill chip to virtually all pin positions.

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green. Right of the fairway bunker is a native grass area, very difficult to find your ball let alone play a shot from it.

Left of the cart path is a hazard that if from hole 18.

Left of the cart path green high is another hazard that can’t be seen from the fairway.

Hole 2

About the Hole

Par 4; 320 Yards

Excellent scoring opportunity early in your round.

Hole Hacks

Optimum placement of tee shot is (Right Center) of the fairway. The fairway does slope from right to left toward the water hazard that runs the length of the fairway. Driver might not be best option on this hole, given it is approximately a 160 yards to carry the pot bunker in the center of the fairway. A 185 yard tee shot will leave you roughly 100 yards into this green. The best miss on your approach shot is short and right of the green. This will take out of play the water and bunker that guards the back right of this green.

Tips & Tricks

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green:

It is approximately 185 yards to carry the fairway bunker on the right side of the fairway. This bunker is fairly deep and makes reaching the green difficult on your approach shot.

Short of the green is water hazard that runs the entire width of the green. Take enough club on second shot to ensure you take the water out of play.

This green like #1 slopes from back to front.

Hole 3

About the Hole

Par 5; 465 Yards

This is another great scoring chance to take advantage of early in your round.

Hole Hacks

Optimum placement of tee shot will be (Left Center to Left Side) of fairway. This will provide the most open look at the green for your approach shot or layup. It is approximately 225 yards to carry the bunker on the right of the fairway, and 230 yards to reach the bunker on the left side of fairway. With a solid drive on this hole, you will still have 200+ yards into this green. The miss on the approach shot is short and left of this green. From this position gives you an excellent chance to chip it close.

Tips & Tricks

The bunker that protects the right side of the fairway makes your layup shot that much more difficult and deep enough that you will most likely need to layup shorter of the green than you would like.

The pot bunker at 230 yards off the tee to left of fairway, is deep and can cause a blind look at the layup area.

There is a hazard on the left of the fairway that covers roughly from 140 yards to the green to 50 yards.

The large bunker complex that guards the front right of the green, is a very difficult up and down.

This green is divided by a 3 to 4 ft spine that runs through the middle of the green. Be on the correct tier, in order to help make a 2 putt possible.

About the Hole

Par 4; 434 yards- #2 handicap hole on the course

Par on this hole is a very good score.

Hole Hacks

Left center of this fairway is prime position.  It is approximately 250 yards to the bunker in the center of the fairway. Short of that fairway bunker leaves roughly 160 yards into the green.  It plays slightly downhill. Best miss on the approach, is short and left or left of the green. The up and down from this side is made much easier with no bunker to contend with. The green is deep and slopes from back to front. (Hazards for beginners, hazards for experts)

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green:

It is approximately 220 yards to carry the bunker on the right of the fairway. This is a difficult approach shot from this bunker.

The green has a bunker that guards the right side.

The bunker is not severe and very playable, but short and left is the best miss.

Par on this hole is a very good score.

Hole 5

About the Hole

Par 4; 351 yards

This is another good scoring chance on the front nine.

Hole Hacks

Right center of this fairway is optimum position. It is approximately 220 yards to the bunker on the right side of the fairway. It is 235 yards to get past the bunker in right center of fairway. A solid drive will leave you roughly 130 to 110 yards into this green. The best miss is short. From this position you have several options on getting up and to for par. (Hazards for beginners, hazards for experts)

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green:

There is room left of this fairway just past the tree line on the left of the fairway. 

The green is well bunkered on the left, which is a tough up and down.

The bunker on the right of the green is no picnic either, deep and hard to get close.

Hole 6

About the Hole

Par 3; 137 Yards

Hole Hacks

Although a short par 3, it is a formattable hole. This green is heavily bunkered down the right side of the green and left.

Tips & Tricks

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green:

There is a hazard right of the bunker guarding the right of the green.

Although you may feel with a wedge or 9 iron in your hand this should be a birdie hole, par is a good score here.

Hole 7

About the Hole

Par 5; 459 yards

This is an incredible scoring opportunity, take advantage of it.

Hole Hacks

This hole has been converted from originally a par 4 to know a par 5.  This makes the tee shot all about club selection. The fairway runs out with a max drive of approximately 235 yards. This hole is another you may decide to leave driver in the bag. It is a generous fairway and left center is prime position. With a drive of 225 yards this should leave you about 210 yards to the middle of the green. The only trouble around the green is the bunkers on the left side. The best miss is short or right of this green. (Hazards for beginners, hazards for experts)

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green:

Avoid going to far right off the tee.  There are trees that can block your second shot to the green. Missing right off the tee, will most likely result in a needed layup.

The marsh area dissects the center of the fairway and is roughly 35 yards in width.

Hole 8

About the Hole

Par 3; 189 yards

Making a 3 here is excellent, take it and head to hole 9.

Hole Hacks

This is a good par 3 test. The front bunker is approximately 140 to carry.  The best miss on this hole is short right, this will provide several chipping options to ensure a successful up and down.  (Hazards for beginners, hazards for experts)

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green:

It is approximately 155 yards to the bunker guarding the right of the green. This is a tough up and down, avid this bunker if possible.

Hole 9

About the Hole

Par 5; 541 yards

A 5 is a good par on this well designed hole.

Hole Hacks

This is a tight driving hole that narrows in at approximately 245 off the tee. The bunker on the right side is right at 250 from the tee. A well struck driver can find its way in the bunker, if not kept left enough. This is a par 5 that is not easily reachable in 2. Driver might not be the best play off the tee. Play this as a true 3 shot par 5. Optimum position is (Left Center) of the fairway.  (Hazards for beginners, hazards for experts)

Tips & Tricks

Areas of note to try to avoid off the tee and around the green:

Anything right for the fairway and the bunker on the right will most likely find the tall native grass separating hole 9 and 1.

Just over the bunker on the right from the tee is a hazard you cant see from the tee. It might come into play on your second shot.

You have options on laying up. You can bight off as much as you comfortable with.

Laying up short of the water hazard will require roughly a 175 yard shot, this will leave you 150 to 130 into the green.

Hitting a 2nd shot of 220 with give you an approach of right at 100 yards, taking the water out of play.

Be careful not to go through the fairway on your 2nd shot, there is a hazard on the far left of the fairway.

There is a spine in this green roughly right down the middle, separating the front portion of the green from the back half of the green.  

Hole 10

About the Hole

Plays as a 411 yard par 4 from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

This is a very scorable par-4 to start your back 9. this whole place as a dogleg right with bunkers that guard both the right and left hand side of the fairway. for longer headers you may decide to try to carry the bunker on the right which will put you in prime position at the bottom of the hill. those not able to carry the bunkers on the right, staying left here provides an excellent look at the green.

Tips & Tricks

Optimum position of the tee is the left center of the fairway. There is a down slope right at about the 150 marker that runs down past the 100-yard marker.

There is a hazard that runs the width of the Fareway roughly 15 yards short of the green that will need to be avoided on your approach shot.

The green is bunkered in the front left as well as front right and back right of the green.

This green is sloped from Back to Front from back left to front right.

Best miss is short right of the green.

Hole 11

About the Hole

Plays as a 479 yard par five from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

Although there are plenty of hazards to avoid on this hole, this is a very scorable par 5. For longer headers you may want to take aim at the bunker on the left hand side and carry that bunker which will put you in prime position to reach this green in 2. For those not able to carry that bunker, stay to the right of the fairway as it is a difficult layup from that bunker.

Tips & Tricks

This hole plays as a dogleg left. Right center of this fairway is the optimum position.

The water hazard that covers the majority of the right side of the fairway along with the entire width of the front of the green presents difficulty on your second shot. If you decide to go for this green and to understand it is all carry over the water hazard.

An excellent spot for layup is left center to the left side of the fairway short of the bunkers on the left.

This green is divided into two sections: the front right of the green and then the back of the green. There is about a 3-foot rise that traverses the width of the green halfway from the front right to back left.

The best miss Is short left of the green.

Hole 12

About the Hole

Plays as a 173 yard par 3 from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

This is a fairly straightforward par-3 with one major hazard that runs from the tee box to roughly 10 yards short of the green.

Tips & Tricks

This green slopes from back to front.

The best miss on this whole is short right.

Hole 13

About the Hole

Plays as a 417 yard par 4 from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

This is the number one handicap hole on the course. This whole plays fairly straight but it is uphill the entire hole. This whole plays as a very slight dogleg left.

Tips & Tricks

There are two bunkers that guard the left side of the fairway that are fairly deep and make a second shot to the green very difficult.

The right center to right side of this fairway is optimum position.

You will need to avoid the bunker that is right of the green on your approach shot. This bunker is fairly deep and difficult to see the green surface.

There is a grass bunker short left of the green that is very playable.

The best miss is short left of this hole.

This green is fairly deep so make sure based on pain location you select the correct club to cover the yardage.

Hole 14

About the Hole

Plays as a 350 yard par 4 from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

This hole plays as a dogleg right with bunkers guarding the right of the fairway as well as one large pot bunker guarding the left of the fairway.

Tips & Tricks

The left center of this fairway is the optimum position.

There is a hazard roughly 15 yards wide about 10 yards short of the green that will need to be avoided on your approach shot.

The green is bunkered by a green pot bunker left of the green and a large bunker right of the green.

The best miss is short right of this hole.

Hole 15

About the Hole

Plays as a 202 yard Par 3 from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

This is a deep green, bass on
pin placement to make sure of correct Club selection. If the pain is playing all the way back
make sure to take a full Club difference for the yardage.

Tips & Tricks

There is a bunker that guards the front right of the green, this is the only hazard to navigate on this hole.

The best miss is short left or left of this green 4 best chance to get up and down for your par.

Hole 16

About the Hole

Plays as a 524 yard par five from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

There is a water hazard that guards the entire left side of the fairway all the way to the front left of the green. This hole plays as a straight par-5, with woods on the right and water left.

Tips & Tricks

The right center of the Fairway is the optimum position off the tee.

For longer headers that choose to go 4 this green in 2, right of this green is by far your best miss.

For those that play up with her second shot right center to right side of the fairway is the optimum position for best angle to the green.

There is a bunker roughly 50 yards short right of the green and a large bunker that guards the front left of the green, there is also a pot bunker back left of the green.

The best miss is short right of the green.

Hole 17

About the Hole

Plays as a 132 yard Par 3 from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

There is a water hazard that runs from the Tee Box up to roughly 10 yards short of this green. The green is well bunkered by bunkers front left, front and middle right, as well as back right of the green.

Tips & Tricks

This green is divided into two sections: front right end back left. There is roughly a 3-foot rise that separates front right from back left.

Short left would be the best place to miss this green.

Hole 18

About the Hole

Plays as a 424 yard par 4 from the men’s black tees.

Hole Hacks

This is a difficult finishing hole that plays downhill from the tee box uphill to the green. There is a hazard that runs down the left hand side of the fairway, and a large bunker complex guarding the right side of the fairway.

Tips & Tricks

The left center of this fairway is the optimum position.

For your second shot or approach, this shot is slightly uphill to a green guarded by bunkers short left and bunker’s short right in middle right.

This is a fairly deep green so once again based on pin placement make sure to take enough club to reach the desired pin placement.

The best miss on this whole is short middle or back left.
